Domestic Shipping (Within India)

1. Standard shipping is FREE to any part of India.
2. All domestic orders are shipped through reputed courier partners to ensure secure and timely delivery.

International Shipping

1. A flat shipping fee of ₹1,200 INR per product (approximately $14 USD or £10 GBP) is charged, irrespective of the destination country.
2. For example, if you order 2 suits and 1 saree, the total shipping charge will be ₹3,600 INR.
3. We have established partnerships with reliable and globally recognized logistics companies such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx to manage international deliveries efficiently.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Processing Time

1. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 10 days from the date of payment confirmation.
2. Since our garments are handcrafted using traditional techniques, certain products may require additional time for completion.
3. If a particular item is temporarily unavailable or requires additional time, we will inform you immediately via email.

Customizations and Alterations

1. Customization or alteration requests (such as blouse stitching, sleeve adjustments, or made-to-measure outfits) typically take an additional 7–10 days for processing.
2. The total processing time for customized products will depend on the complexity of the request. Customers will be notified via email regarding the estimated processing time in such cases.

Shipping / Transit Time

1. Standard international shipping takes approximately 7–8 business days after dispatch to reach most parts of the world.
2. Total delivery time (processing + shipping) is generally 2–4 weeks, depending on the product type and destination.

Urgent Orders

If you require an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order or immediately after checkout. We will confirm whether the item can be delivered within your desired timeframe.

Delivery Days

Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends.
In the event of unforeseen delays caused by weather conditions, customs clearance, or other external factors, we will keep you informed about your order status via email.

Dispatch & Tracking Information

1. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with the courier details and tracking number.
2. This allows you to track your shipment directly on the courier’s official website.
3. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on www.aishwaryafashion.com, under “My Account” → “My Orders.”
4. You will receive automated updates via email as your order progresses through various stages.

Worldwide Delivery Coverage

We proudly deliver worldwide to most major countries including, but not limited to: USA, UK, Australia, Canada, South Africa, Mauritius, and more.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

All items within a single order will be shipped to the same delivery address.
If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
You can conveniently store multiple addresses under the “Shipping Addresses” section in your My Account area for future use.

In-Store Pick-Up (India Only)

Customers located in India can choose the “Pick-up from Store” option during checkout.

We currently offer pickup from our stores in Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
After placing your order:

1. Send an email to info@aishwarya.cc with the store name and name of the person who will collect the order.
2. We will notify you via email once your order is ready for pickup at the selected store.

Customs Duties, VAT, and Import Taxes

1. Prices listed on our website do not include any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by your local government.
2. Such fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.
3. Many countries do not levy duties on garments for personal use, while others may impose a nominal charge.
