   3. All product images are for reference only. Actual colors may vary due to monitor settings or lighting conditions.
   4. Every garment undergoes strict quality control before dispatch.
      
      

5. COLOR & WORK DISCLAIMER

1. 1. Slight variations in color tone or embroidery are expected and accepted as part of the handcrafted process.

   2. The color visible on your screen may differ slightly from the physical product due to device calibration differences.

   3. Small irregularities in beadwork, zari, or threadwork are normal and reflect authentic handwork traditions of Indian craftsmanship.

   4. Aishwarya Fashion Couture ensures proper finishing before dispatch, but minor damage during transit (e.g., loose threads or missing embellishments) may occur and is beyond our control.
      
      

6. PRICING, PAYMENTS & CUSTOM DUTIES

1. 1. All prices are listed in INR (₹).
   2. International orders will be billed in local currency as per your card provider’s conversion rates.
   3. Prices do not include customs duties, VAT, or import taxes — these are the buyer’s responsibility.
   4. All card payments must be authorized online. In case of non-authorization, we are not responsible for order delays or cancellations.
   5. Aishwarya Fashion Couture reserves the right to revise prices, policies, or discounts without prior notice.
      
      

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. 1. Orders are shipped from Mumbai, India.

   2. Domestic shipping is free; international shipping incurs a flat fee of ₹1,200 INR per item.

   3. Delivery timelines vary depending on customization, production time, and destination.

   4. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

   5. Delays caused by customs or courier services are beyond our control.
      
      

8. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Aishwarya Fashion Couture, each outfit is made individually to fit customer specifications.
Hence, we follow a “No Refund, No Exchange” policy — but we do allow exchanges in the following exceptional cases:

8.1 Exchange Eligibility

We will exchange a product only if:

1. 1. You received a completely different product from what was ordered, or
   2. We shipped a wrong size than the one specified in your order.

In such cases, we will bear shipping charges both ways.
Shipping reimbursement will be provided as store credit or discount coupon (no cash refunds).

8.2 Customer Error or Wrong Size Ordered

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong size:

1. 1. We will still exchange the size for you, but you will pay shipping both ways.
   2. Customized or altered items are not exchangeable, but we offer one-time re-alteration free of charge. You only pay re-shipping costs.

8.3 Exchange Conditions

1. 1. You must email us at info@aishwaryafashion.com within 24 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
   2. Used, worn, or damaged items will not be accepted.
   3. Do not ship any product to us without prior exchange approval.
   4. Upon confirmation, you’ll receive detailed exchange instructions.

   2. Exchanges and re-alterations are processed once per order.
