Cancellations and Refunds

 

At Aishwarya Fashion Couture, each garment is handcrafted with care and precision, made to order as per individual measurements, style choices, and customization requests.
Because of the made-to-measure and personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict “No Refund” and “Limited Cancellation” policy, outlined below.

 

1. Order Cancellations

General Rule

  1. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

  2. This is because each outfit is individually handcrafted or altered specifically for the customer.

Exceptional Circumstances

Under rare and exceptional cases, we may allow order cancellation at our discretion, provided:

  1. The order has not yet been processed or shipped, and

  2. No customization or alteration work has been started.

If your order meets the above conditions, you can email us at info@aishwarya.cc with:

  1. Your Order Number, and

  2. A brief reason for cancellation.

Our customer care team will review your request and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

 

Cancellation Charges

If a cancellation is approved:

  1. Processing or payment gateway fees charged by your bank or card company will be deducted.

  2. The balance will be issued as store credit that you can use for future purchases.

  3. Cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

 

Non-Cancellable Orders

We cannot cancel an order if:

  1. The product has already been shipped,

  2. Any stitching, alteration, or customization work has begun, or

  3. The item was part of a sale or promotional offer.

 

2. Refunds

 

No Cash Refunds

  1. We do not offer refunds under any situation, including dissatisfaction with fit, color variation, or minor design differences due to handcrafted processes.

  2. Instead, eligible cases will be compensated through store credit or exchange (where applicable).

Refunds for Special Cases

Refunds (in the form of store credit only) may be provided only if:

  1. A completely different product was shipped by mistake, or

  2. A wrong size was sent by us.

In such cases:

  1. We will bear the shipping charges both ways, reimbursed as store credit.

  2. Cash or bank refunds will not be issued.

Shipping Reimbursements

All shipping reimbursements (for approved exchanges) will be provided only in the form of store credit or discount coupons for future orders.
We cannot refund return shipping charges in cash or to a credit card.

 

3. Refunds Not Applicable

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  1. The correct product as ordered has been shipped.

  2. The customer ordered the wrong size, color, or product.

  3. Products that have been customized, altered, or tailored to the customer’s specifications.

  4. Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

  5. Delays caused by courier, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

4. Exchange in Place of Refund

Instead of refunds, we may provide:

  1. A replacement (if the product is incorrect), or

  2. A size exchange (if eligible as per our Exchange Policy).

If you wish to request an exchange, please contact us at info@aishwarya.cc within 24 hours of delivery.

Do not ship any items back to us without receiving a written confirmation and exchange instructions from our team.

5. Store Credit Terms

  1. Store credits are issued in INR and valid only on www.aishwaryafashion.com.

  2. They can be applied to future purchases but cannot be converted to cash or transferred.

  3. If a product purchased using store credit is later exchanged, the store credit policy will continue to apply.
